Assistant Manager - HR

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• · Manage end-to-end recruitment including MRF validation, JD preparation, sourcing, interview coordination, offer issuance, background verification and onboarding.
• · Ensure timely closure of positions as per approved manpower requirements and maintain recruitment MIS.
• · Plan and execute employee engagement, festive activities and internal HR communications.
• · Handle employee queries and grievances and coordinate with HODs/management for timely resolution.
• · Support HR policy, SOP and process development, review and implementation.
• · Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and ensure adherence to HR processes and confidentiality.
• · Coordinate with HR/admin vendors, obtain and compare quotations and support management recommendations.
• · Coordinate employee travel, hotel bookings and other HR/admin requirements.
• · Prepare and update HR reports, trackers, JDs and other management documentation.
• · Support day-to-day HR operations and other HR initiatives as required.
