- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure effective coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, assessing their impact and driving necessary changes within the organization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group accounting function to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor and develop accounting professionals within the group, fostering a high performance culture
Requirements
- Experience in group accounting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- As the Director of Group Accounting, you will lead the consolidation of financial statements across the group, ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards, and provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision making.
