Assistant Manager Finance

• Own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing process and perform reconciliation of accounts.

• Prepare MIS reports – P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and maintain accurate GL records and ensure adherence to Ind AS standards.

Coordinate with statutory auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit; support internal audits covering reconciliations and fraud provisions.

Prepare financial statements, disclosures and workpapers.

Track audit observations and drive timely closure with product, tech, and ops teams.

Prepare historical financials, loan book summaries, cohort data, and key metrics for investor/lender queries.

Coordinate DD responses across investors and co-lending partners; liaise with legal, compliance, and secretarial teams.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant; 0-2 years post-qualification experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, GST Act, and Income Tax Act.

• Articleship with a CA firm or industry exposure in BFSI / fintech / consumer tech is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP tools (Tally & Zoho Books) preferred.

• Knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is desirable but not mandatory.
