Job Description

  • This role oversees the operational integrity of high-speed assembly machinery.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the factory’s technical infrastructure supports continuous production.
  • SMD Efficiency Management: Directly supervise the maintenance, troubleshooting, and production efficiency of Surface Mount Device (SMD) lines.
  • New Model Integration: Lead the technical preparation and support for the introduction of new device models.
  • Resource & MRO Management: Oversee material management and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) to ensure spare parts and tools are always available.
  • Operational Troubleshooting: Rapidly respond to production issues and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
  • Technical Approval: Manage FOC (Free of Charge) material approval and ordering and oversee the finalization of manual management.

Essential Skills

  • Strong technical background in SMD machinery and production line troubleshooting.
  • Experience in LOB (Line of Balance) analysis and "Tact Time" optimization.
  • High proficiency in English and Computer Literacy.
  • **Qualifications*** 5–7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. A master’s degree is highly preferred and may be considered in lieu of extensive experience (Minimum 3 years required with a Master’s).

Additional Information

Mobility: The role requires daily visits to the Factory for hands-on supervision.
