Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
• Design predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Design and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Track emerging AI and machine learning trends and guide best-practice adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• The role requires 7–10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Strong Python proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is required.
• Hands-on SQL and data manipulation experience is required.
• Statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning knowledge are required.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative working skills are required.

Preferred and Mandatory Skills

• Big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop and Azure cloud platforms are a plus.
• Product development process knowledge is good to have.
• Production ML deployment, Power BI, enterprise AI/ML delivery, and communication skills are preferred.
