- Lead successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM platforms, Mind Gate application
- Identify ways to reduce cost by improving operational efficiency and innovation
- Work with key stakeholders i.e Technology, Product to ensure seamless implementation of Enhancements
- Review BRD’s and FSD’s and recommend to senior management for sign off
- Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation to management
- Support Project Management for various CIBG Ops Automation initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in leading implementation of enhancements and transformation initiatives in banking operations
- Ability to review BRDs and FSDs and recommend to senior management
- Experience in project management for automation initiatives
