Client servicing and pitches
- Maintain daily client contact, share updates, collect feedback, capture briefs, create internal job cards, and document meetings and action items.
- Assist the Senior Manager with concepts, research, pitch decks, commercial proposals, cost sheets, and scopes of work.
- Track market trends, venue options, and emerging event technologies to support fresh ideas for client briefs.
