Overview

• Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager - Category to lead category management initiatives and contribute to the optimization of procurement activities across the organization.
• This role is vital in developing and executing category strategies, driving cost efficiencies, and fostering supplier relationships to support the company's ambitious vision for growth and excellence.
• Key Responsibilities* Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities
• Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where needed
• Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management
• Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
