Education and Experience
- Engineering graduate or MCA qualification is required.
- Acceptable educational qualifications include B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or MSc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- More than 8 years of IT experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with cybersecurity systems and operations is required.
- Experience with audits, vulnerability assessments, security frameworks, and stakeholder or OEM communication is required.
Technical Skills
- Required technical areas include firewalls, load balancers, WAF, API security, KVM and network switches, forward proxies, HCI servers, VPN solutions, PAM, ticketing, and monitoring tools.
- Required skills include SOC operations, cybersecurity, network security, endpoint security, vulnerability assessments, VPN, and PAM.
- One of CISSP, CEH Master or Practical, CCSP, or CCNP Routing and Switching/Security or an equivalent certification is listed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth troubleshooting, configurations, and system tuning.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the project across all sites and handle escalated L2 incidents with root cause analysis.
- Design and implement policy changes on NGFW, SSLO, WAF, and related security systems.
- Perform complex configurations for SLB, LLB, PAM policies, and VPN tunnels.
- Optimize systems, coordinate OEM fixes and patches, and assist with HCI and virtualization tasks.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and network teams on policy alignment.
- Perform change impact analysis, upgrades, migration assessments, DR drills, failover testing, and benchmarking.
- Conduct audits, compliance checks, security posture assessments, and quarterly service reviews.
