Role & Responsibilities
- Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients on diverse business and finance transformation engagements including participating and managing consulting engagements with emphasis on:
- Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements w.r.t IFRS and GAAP
- Diverse business and process improvement engagements
- CFO agenda-related topics
- Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
- Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conduct research on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.
- Ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients’ unique needs, ambitions, and expectations
- Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service
- Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our services and processe s
- · Qualified CAs
- · CA’s with experience of working in technical accounting/financial reporting.
- · 1-3 years of relevant experience
Requirements
- Should have recent experience in the planning, execution, and reporting of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP; or recent experience in providing financial reporting advisory services with emphasis over risk identification, assessment and mitigation, finance transformation/optimization, internal control system and process improvement and optimization for multinational and local clients.
