Job Purpose

  • As the Assistant Manager Acquisition Channel for Business Introducers, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the Business Introducer (BI) channel to drive SME customer acquisition for Mashreq NeoBiz.

Key Result Areas

  • Build and execute a scalable acquisition strategy for the BI channel.
  • Onboard and activate new introducers—CSPs, consultants, free zones, and ecosystem players.
  • Launch co branded referral programs to drive qualified lead flow.
  • Develop strong, long term partnerships with introducers.
  • Run regular engagement touchpoints—training, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor channel performance metrics including lead conversion, onboarding timelines, and customer quality.
  • Implement incentive structures and recognition programs to motivate introducers.
  • Ensure introducer activities align with Mashreq’s compliance standards including KYC, AML, and onboarding protocols.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance and governance teams to maintain high integrity across the channel.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 3 – 5 years in SME banking, fintech, or partner/channel development.
  • Strong grasp of the UAE SME ecosystem—especially CSPs and free zones.
  • Experience with digital onboarding, CRM platforms, and partner enablement.
  • Great communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Operating Environment

  • You’ll operate in a fast moving, digital first SME banking space, working within Mashreq’s compliance and governance framework.
  • You’ll collaborate cross functionally with product, onboarding, and compliance teams, while managing external relationships.

Problem Solving

  • Use data driven insights to troubleshoot channel inefficiencies, optimize lead conversion, and improve onboarding speed.
  • Proactively resolve partner challenges by collaborating with internal teams and applying agile thinking.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing day to day channel operations, partner engagement activities, and performance tracking within defined frameworks and policies.
