Support learning and development activities while working with guests and team members to maintain high operational standards.

Training Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files and learning histories.
- Schedule training classes, maintain the training calendar, and track employee sign-ups.
- Develop and distribute training communications and prepare materials and completion certificates.
Recruitment and Placement Support
- Assist the HR Administrator with recruitment and hiring of new team members.
- Coordinate the job opportunity system and help maintain labor resource lists and advertise current openings.
- Help coordinate placement for current openings.
Reporting and Supplies
- Input and track quality measurement data in a computerized tracking system.
- Prepare and distribute reports measuring training results.
- Maintain inventory of training supplies, stationery, and office equipment.
