Core Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, equipment, uniforms, linen, and guest supplies are available.
• Communicate room status with the Front Desk and coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering.
• Supervise inspections, lost and found procedures, quality standards, and service performance.
• Handle guest problems and complaints and support guest satisfaction reviews.
• Supervise housekeeping and related areas when senior housekeeping management is absent.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
• Ability to push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloping and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across a full work shift.
• Ability to use computers and point-of-sale systems and communicate professionally.
• Ability to complete safety training and certifications.
