Assistant General Manager

One (1) year or more of hotel leadership experience preferred, ideally in a Select Service or Extended Stay environment.

Previous Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or Front Office Manager experience preferred.

Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge of hotel operations, scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and labor management.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and developing successful teams.

Valid driver's license.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
