Position Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and meet brand and company standards. This role leads by example, coaches team members, and helps create an exceptional experience for every guest.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Train team members on company standards, brand requirements, safety procedures, and best practices.
