Role Overview
Assistant Front Office Manager position at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard.
Owns delivery of excellent first impressions across registration, reservations, porter, and concierge services.
Reports to the Director of Rooms and manages front desk employees across several specialisms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Engage with guests, build relationships, and remedy complaints.
- Conduct regular front office inspections.
- Help prepare budgets and drive revenue through walk-ins and front desk upselling.
- Train team members on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies or crises.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Three years of Front Office or Guest Service experience, including management experience.
- Fluent English is required.
- Other languages are preferred.
