Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor service flow and supervise outlet team members.
• Conduct daily briefings and maintain communication records and notice boards.
• Handle guest relationships, complaints, and comments.
• Manage cashier and bar administration requirements.
• Monitor equipment supplies and stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health, safety, and security procedures.
• Attend assigned briefings, meetings, and training, and complete shift handovers.
• Assist other food and beverage outlets during peak periods or when required.

Role requirements

• Knowledge of food and beverage services, contents, preparation methods, outlets, and hotel services.
• Ability to supervise outlet tasks and team members according to departmental standards.
• Knowledge of applicable food and beverage sanitation and hygiene rules.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
