Assistant Financial Controller - ISP

The Assistant Financial Controller – ISP plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, reporting accuracy, and financial discipline of the ISP business. This position reports into the Corporate Office, Finance team.

This position will have primary responsibility for supporting QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, weekly revenue reporting, and day-to-day financial questions from the business . The role serves as an important financial partner to ISP leadership, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately, financial information is timely and reliable, and business leaders have appropriate visibility into financial performance.

The Assistant Financial Controller will work closely with operational leaders, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional partners to maintain strong financial controls, resolve issues, support month-end activities, and improve financial processes.

Because strong partnership with the business is essential to this role, the position is also expected to maintain regular visibility within ISP operations, including monthly visits to ISP locations to build relationships, understand operational activity, address financial questions, and strengthen alignment between Finance and the business.

Ultimately, this role helps create the financial structure, responsiveness, and reporting discipline necessary to support ISP’s continued growth and operational success.

This position is remote that covers multiple locations, however in office/in person location visits as needed to successfully complete the work during agreed upon office hours with your leader.
