Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or fire safety industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national sales management role.
- Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
