Assistant Facility Supervisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily facility operations and maintaining assigned areas.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance, housekeeping, and safety issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, housekeeping teams, vendors, and facility service personnel.
• Monitor assigned maintenance work and maintain appropriate service records.
• Support workplace health, safety, and facility compliance procedures.
• Assist with work allocation and staff performance monitoring.
• Report facility issues, maintenance requirements, incidents, and operational concerns to management.

Required Skills

• Facility operations ability to support smooth day-to-day operation of buildings and facilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance coordination.
• Ability to identify maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and facility procedures.
• Ability to coordinate technicians, housekeeping personnel, contractors, and service providers.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of MEP or building services.
• Vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Facility maintenance documentation and reporting skills.

Experience and Education Notes
