Coordination: Coordinate with OEMs regarding the maintenance of critical equipment.
Meet regularly with business units to resolve issues, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Adopt a proactive approach and remain flexible and responsive to ad hoc requests as they arise.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for technical operations.
Continually support and promote a collaborative team-working approach.
Interact with vendor supervisors on day-to-day operational issues and ensure all employee concerns are appropriately addressed.
Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
Train new engineers and participate in the evaluation of candidates based on both technical and interpersonal competencies.
Directly supervise direct reports and the technical team.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Macro’s policies and applicable labour laws.

Senior-level Facilities Management experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong people management skills.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
A flexible approach and a positive attitude.
Ideally, awareness of the city, seat occupancy methodology, fleet requirements and related calculations.
Educated to a higher level, ideally with a B.Tech or postgraduate qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Oracle.
