Role overview
Join WSP's specialist Drainage Design team as an Assistant Drainage Engineer in Bengaluru.
The role supports career development through experience, training, and supervision from senior staff.
Projects cover drainage design from feasibility and planning through detailed design and construction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drainage designs in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Support lead engineers with technical checking and design reviews.
- Assist lead engineers in design review meetings and client progress meetings.
- Contribute to fee estimates, staff utilisation forecasts, and project scope definition.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience within a consultancy environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent analytical science subject.
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of UK standards.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
