Job Overview
The role supports the Director of Sales in achieving the hotel's commercial objectives in Riyadh.
The position drives sales revenue, develops new business, manages key accounts, and strengthens the hotel's market position.
Sales and Business Development
- Support the development and implementation of the hotel's sales strategy and business plans.
- Drive room revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and overall sales targets.
- Develop new corporate, government, MICE, group, and business accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
- Manage and grow corporate and government accounts within the Riyadh market.
- Develop MICE, meetings, conferences, and group business.
Revenue, Reporting, and Coordination
- Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Support negotiations of corporate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor account production, sales performance, and conversion rates.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Support, coach, and guide the Sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, Front Office, Food and Beverage, Events, Finance, and Revenue Management.
Client and Hotel Representation
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Ensure compliance with Radisson Hotel Group standards, policies, and procedures.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, client meetings, and industry functions.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have four to six years of hotel sales experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager is preferred.
- Have strong knowledge of the Riyadh corporate and hospitality market.
- Have experience with corporate, government, MICE, and key accounts.
- Bring strong negotiation, communication, presentation, business development, and leadership skills.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel sales or CRM systems.
