Responsibilities
- Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and preparation of procurement reports to support project delivery
- Supports value management, estimating, and cost planning activities to develop accurate and effective project cost plans
- Participates in the full procurement process, including prequalification, tender enquiries, bid analysis, contractor selection, and contract preparation
- Assists in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations, and management of contract variations in accordance with contractual requirements
- Supports cost control, financial reporting, cost analysis, and monitoring of design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client related costs
- Contributes to contract administration activities, including practical completion, final accounts, defect rectification certification, and final completion processes
- Provides cost management support to project teams, develops effective relationships with stakeholders, and contributes to the delivery of team and regional objectives
- Guides and coaches junior team members while promoting collaborative working practices and supporting net zero carbon initiatives through proactive carbon management and reduction strategies

You’ll be responsible for
- Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and preparation of procurement reports to support project delivery.
