Role Overview
Support AUS Mining projects by managing and controlling cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.
Work with project managers, engineering teams, and commercial functions to support on-time, on-budget delivery and governance alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, forecasts including EAC and ETC, and variance analysis.
- Support MSP or Primavera P6 schedules, track progress, and monitor the critical path.
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and project performance insights.
- Maintain risk, change, and issue registers and other project trackers.
- Support WBS, baselines, governance, and process compliance.
- Maintain accurate project data and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams.
Skills and Tools
- Cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting knowledge is required.
- Understanding of EVM concepts such as CPI, SPI, and EAC is required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
- MS Project or Primavera P6 experience is preferred.
- Power BI experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in global, multidisciplinary teams is required.
