Job Purpose
You will support daily kitchen and café operations by preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, ensuring excellent presentation, consistency, and hygiene standards.
You will also contribute to a welcoming environment and work closely with the team to deliver a positive customer experience in line with the Yatsudoki brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a **Kitchen**
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Ensure all food is prepared to high quality standards and served in a timely manner
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per Municipality regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, and industry trends
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when required
- Monitor and maintain equipment quality and cleanliness
- Support smooth daily kitchen operations during busy service hours
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and during busy shifts
- Strong team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Friendly, customer-focused, and dedicated to service excellence
- Flexible to work **6 days per week** with a rotating weekly off
- Flexible with travel requirements and shift schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
