Assistant Brand Manager - Snacks

We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Marketer to join our Snacks team and help bring our brands to life. Working across beloved brands such as Uncle Toby’s and MILO, you'll collaborate with talented teams across the business to deliver projects that delight consumers and drive growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Snacks, you'll support the development and execution of brand strategies and gain hands-on experience across the entire marketing mix. From campaign execution and innovation projects to stakeholder management and performance analysis, you'll have the opportunity to build broad marketing expertise while making a real impact.

A day in the life will look like:

Opportunity to be part of local innovation planning for iconic brands – Uncle Toby’s, Roll-ups, Le Snak and MILO

Lead innovation projects from end to end working with a range cross functional teams and bringing ideas to life

Participating in the development and execution of media and or digital campaigns including preparation of briefs for the agencies

Leading brand activations and events, both internal and external

Partnering with the Digital Manager on social content planning and execution for Uncle Toby’s, Roll-ups, Le Snak and MILO

Managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain

Collaborating with the brand team to manage a large Marketing Budget

Contribute to a high performing, fun and inclusive culture in the Confectionery & Snacks Marketing Team

You will have demonstrated strategic analytical skills as well solid project management skills in an FMCG business.

The ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to build, agree and execute a solid growth-oriented strategy

You have NPD experience, and experience working closely with an Insights team within a clearly defined NPD process

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive and can-do work style
