- Support brand and digital sales across multiple channels
- Support the Content and Social runway with delivery of multi channel marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery
- Effective management of marketing budget
- Maximise Return On Investment
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered within deadlines
- Work with business stakeholders to help promote and define the role of marketing and comms strategy
- Create compelling agency briefs with clear objectives and targets
- Ensure Marketing Insight & Effectiveness learning from Post Implementation Reviews is incorporated
- Provide regular campaign performance reporting to provide learning for future activity
Requirements
- Experience working in a relevant market and/or context (Financial Services background desirable but not essential)
- Experience in a relevant role e.g. social media and/or content marketing
- Relevant Financial Services product knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent stakeholder management
- Understanding of marketing and segmentation principles
- Experience of supporting campaigns across multi media and multiple channels
- Ability to work well in a team and on their own, solving problems individually or in groups
- Commitment to personal development and be a self starter

Role Overview
- We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Brand and Content Manager for first direct bank (part of HSBC).
- You will be responsible for supporting with the creation and scheduling of content, end to end delivery of brand social media and content marketing campaign activity.
- The ideal candidate would also be able to show an understanding of key trends and areas of innovation across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and any other emerging channels.

- End to end delivery of brand social media and content marketing campaign activity.
- Ensuring all marketing communication, activity and content is aligned to our brand and consistent across all channels.
- Supporting brand and digital sales across multiple channels.
In This Role You’ll

Requirements
- Experience working in a relevant market and/or context (a Financial Services background is desirable but not essential).
