Role Overview
RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to support branch management and advisor teams.
The position provides operational, administrative, and coordination support in a wealth-management branch.
Responsibilities
- Act as an associate to branch managers when needed and resolve staff inquiries through documented issue tracking.
- Support expense management, registrations, and continuing education.
- Process expense reports and invoices, order supplies, manage calendars, distribute mail, and prepare leadership reports.
- Organize branch presentations, boardroom bookings, catering, and presenter coordination.
- Assist with strategic initiatives assigned by head office or the Branch Director.
Required Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional approach that supports a positive working environment.
- Ability to complete duties independently while finding answers and solutions.
