Assistant Branch Operations Manager

Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch administration, including transaction approvals and sales-support requests.
• Verify documentation and approve account openings.
• Train new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
• Help facilitate branch and bank partnering events.
• Manage branch technology access, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Provide backup for branch operations and the branch technology specialist.

Preferred qualifications

• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE, or an existing Investment Representative license is an asset.
• Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures is an asset.
• Securities industry experience is an asset.

Schedule and employment

• The posting specifies full-time employment and 37.5 work hours per week.
