The Role

We are currently looking for a confident, passionate, and detail-oriented Assistant Banquet Manager to join our vibrant team and help bring extraordinary events to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead and inspire the banquet team during events and functions
  • Ensure warm, personalized service that reflects our brand standards
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, service, and events teams for smooth execution
  • Communicate confidently with Arabic-speaking guests and clients
  • Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, training, and team development

About You

  • Previous experience in banquet or events management within a luxury hotel or upscale venue
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
  • Female candidate preferred for this role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A calm, solution-focused approach in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable celebrations
