Job Description
- The Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship invites applications for a full time faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor in Entrepreneurship.
- The successful candidate will join a scholarly academic environment dedicated to excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high quality research leading to publications in top tier, refereed journals.
- Develop and sustain funded research initiatives.
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship and related disciplines using innovative approaches.
- Lead and manage the Entrepreneurship Lab, creating hands on practical opportunities.
- Mentor students and advise on academic and professional development.
- Contribute to service activities that promote the growth and reputation of UAEU and its entrepreneurship program.
Minimum Qualification
- Earned doctorate in the applicable field.
- Ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must.
- Industrial and professional experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualification
- Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business, or closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution.
Expected Skills
- Proven track record of peer reviewed journal publications or clear evidence of potential to publish.
- Ability to secure research funding or develop funded research initiatives.
- Excellence in teaching with innovative pedagogy and ability to teach diverse courses.
- Collegiality and strong commitment to contributing to the institution and community.
- Proficiency in English.
Salary Range
- 25000 29000 (monthly)
