Role overview
Land Sterling is seeking an Asset Tagging Inspector to support asset management and facilities management projects across Dubai.
The role conducts on-site asset surveys across master communities, residential buildings, and infrastructure projects.
The position is site-based and requires attention to detail, accuracy, and independent work across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed on-site asset surveys across client properties.
- Identify, inspect, and record building, MEP, architectural, and infrastructure assets.
- Capture asset type, description, location, and relevant details.
- Prepare and maintain detailed asset registers using Excel.
- Verify asset information against existing drawings, documents, and site conditions.
- Update registers based on client feedback and comments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and complete asset data.
- Carry out physical asset tagging after client approval.
- Install asset tags and maintain records of tagged items.
- Complete surveys and tagging activities within agreed timelines.
