Role Overview
Support Asset Management and Facilities Management projects across Dubai.
Conduct site-based asset surveys and tagging activities across master communities, residential buildings, and infrastructure projects.
Work independently across multiple locations with regular travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed on-site asset surveys across client properties, including master communities and buildings.
- Identify, inspect, and record building, MEP, architectural, and infrastructure assets.
- Capture accurate asset type, description, location, and related information.
- Prepare and maintain detailed asset registers using Excel.
- Verify asset information against drawings, documents, and site conditions.
- Update asset registers based on client feedback and comments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure asset data is accurate and complete.
- Complete physical asset tagging after client approval of the registers.
- Install asset tags and maintain accurate records of tagged items.
- Complete surveys and tagging activities within agreed timelines.
Contract Details
- This is a temporary contract for a minimum of three months.
