What You Bring Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of experience in renewable energy, asset management, or a related field Strong understanding of utility-scale renewable projects across development, construction, and operations Experience managing commercial agreements and asset-level obligations Proven ability to manage financial performance, budgets, and cash flows Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Experience within a global or matrixed organization Knowledge of complex project financing structures (tax equity, debt, sponsor models) Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills Experience working directly with external stakeholders (offtakers, vendors, service providers) Familiarity with U.S. renewable energy markets, regulations, and incentive programs Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Why Join Us?
