About the Role
Elia Grid International seeks an experienced Asset Management Consultant to design and implement EAM/APM solutions for electric utility clients. The role involves translating business requirements into system configurations, process improvements, and data models to optimize asset lifecycle value.

Responsibilities
- Lead or support requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation of EAM and APM platforms
- Act as functional SME for asset management processes during implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts
- Conduct As Is / To Be assessments, gap analysis, and process harmonization workshops with stakeholders
- Design and document end to end asset management processes including work management, preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle, and failure management
- Contribute to RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, AHI, and risk based maintenance frameworks
- Support APM use cases including condition monitoring integration, asset health scoring, and predictive analytics
- Support asset data quality assessments, data cleansing, and master data alignment
- Support functional alignment and integration of EAM with SCADA, GIS, ERP, and other systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline)
- 12–15+ years of experience in EAM, APM implementation projects
- Strong understanding of electric utility operations (T&D, substations)
- Hands on experience with IBM Maximo / IBM MAS or similar EAM/APM platforms
- Experience in RCM, FMECA, APM, asset health, failure analysis, and maintenance optimization
- Willingness to travel abroad for international assignments (10% worldwide)

Role Summary
- The Asset Management Consultant will support electric utility clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing EAM and APM solutions.
- The role involves translating business and operational requirements into system configurations, process improvements, and data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation of EAM and APM platforms.
- Act as a functional SME for asset management processes during implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Support system configuration, validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Conduct As Is / To Be assessments, gap analysis, and process harmonization workshops.
- Design and document end to end asset management processes including work management, preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle, and failure management.
- Contribute to RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, AHI, and risk based maintenance frameworks.
- Support APM use cases including condition monitoring integration, asset health scoring, and predictive analytics.

Your profile
