- Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical team
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, asset owners, and EPC contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Support and drive business development initiatives, including tenders and proposals
- Ensure successful delivery of asset integrity projects with high quality and compliance
- Drive departmental performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
