Job Summary
The Assessment Associate plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with client policies and regulatory requirements related to liquor sales and payment processing. This role is responsible for conducting on-site and camera-based assessments of customer’s workforce, vendors and non-for-profit groups to ensure they are complying with the customers policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Monitoring: Conduct routine, unannounced, and undercover site visits to monitor operations. Use camera equipment to remotely observe and evaluate employee adherence to compliance standards. Ensure employees are checking valid government-issued IDs for all liquor purchases, in compliance with state & federal laws and customer policies and procedures. Verify that employees are following credit card-only payment policies for food and beverage transactions.

- Use camera equipment to remotely observe and evaluate employee adherence to compliance standards.
- Ensure employees are checking valid government-issued IDs for all liquor purchases, in compliance with state & federal laws and customer policies and procedures.
- Verify that employees are following credit card-only payment policies for food and beverage transactions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document findings from both on-site and camera-based assessments using provided checklists and reporting tools. Submit detailed reports to management highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance. Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling camera footage or sensitive compliance information. Maintain security over and accurate records of issued currency issued credit card.
