Transparent Compensation

• At Ignite Reading, we've embraced a transparent compensation structure to promote fairness and equity, provide accountability, and build trust within our organization.
• Hourly Rate: $55 / hour (this role is part-time, non-exempt)
• The same role receives the same compensation, with no negotiation.
• This is a part-time role averaging 3-4 weeks in duration at 10-20 hours per week during administration windows. This role is not to exceed 300 total hours.
