Assembler II (Screw Pack)

dormakaba is seeking a First Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM) Assembler II based in Indianapolis, IN. The Assembler II is responsible for performing assembly and packaging tasks required in the manufacturing process. This position may provide training to lower-level assemblers.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $18/hr. - $23/hr. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). High school diploma or equivalent

SAP experience

Computer proficiency

Remain active throughout shift by standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving items up to 40 pounds

Previous experience in an assembly/production environment

Basic understanding of math

Lean skills and ability to identify process improvements
