This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency.
The ASPEX Compounder Lead is primarily responsible for applying technical expertise to process ingredients and pharmaceutical products or produce contact lenses.
You will maintain equipment, follow standard procedures, and engage in process improvements, requiring advanced technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
