Role Overview
The Asian Cook prepares and cooks a variety of Asian dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Asian dishes using standardized recipes.
- Source, handle, and store ingredients properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and adjust menus for customer preferences and operational requirements.
- Assist with inventory checks, portion control, stock monitoring, and food waste reduction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Asian Cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of Indian, Nepali, Pakistani, or Bangladeshi cuisines.
- Skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and portion control.
