The Role

We are looking for an exceptional

Ai Integration & Automation Architect

— a rare combination of visionary technologist and hands-on builder who can design and deploy a comprehensive AI ecosystem across all four of our companies.

This is not a theoretical role.

You will build, deploy, and manage production-grade AI systems that handle real calls, real leads, and real marketing campaigns — from day one.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Ai Voice Agent Systems (Inbound & Outbound)

  • ️ Design and deploy AI voice calling agents for outbound lead generation and follow-up across all companies
  • ️ Build inbound AI voice reception agents to handle property enquiries, project information, and appointment booking
  • ️ Integrate voice AI with CRM to log call outcomes, update lead status, and trigger follow-up workflows automatically
  • ️ Configure multi-lingual voice agents (English, Arabic) tailored to Dubai's market

2. WhatsApp AI Automation

  • ️ Build outbound WhatsApp AI campaigns for project launches, promotions, and event invitations (DPS)
  • ️ Deploy inbound WhatsApp AI agents to respond to enquiries, share brochures, pricing, and project details in real time
  • ️ Integrate WhatsApp flows with CRM and lead tracking systems
  • ️ Ensure compliance with Meta Business API policies and UAE communications regulations

3. CRM & Sales Automation

  • ️ Architect and manage an AI-driven CRM system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or equivalent)
  • ️ Build intelligent lead scoring, automated nurture sequences, and pipeline management using AI
  • ️ Create AI agents that assist sales agents with real-time prompts, objection handling, and follow-up reminders
  • ️ Connect CRM to voice, WhatsApp, email, and web channels for a unified lead view

4. Marketing AI Integration

  • ️ Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, etc.) into marketing workflows for content generation, ad copy, email sequences, and social media
  • ️ Build AI pipelines for automated property listing descriptions, campaign briefs, and performance reporting
  • ️ Automate lead capture from digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) into CRM and AI nurture sequences
  • ️ Implement AI-powered analytics dashboards to track campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates

Multi-Company Ai Architecture

  • ️ Design separate but connected AI agent stacks for each company brand and use case
  • ️ Manage API integrations across all LLM providers, telephony platforms (Twilio, Vapi, Bland AI, etc.), and business tools
  • ️ Build an internal AI knowledge base for each company containing property data, FAQs, project details, and sales scripts
  • ️ Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI systems

Technical Must-Haves

  • ️ Deep hands-on experience with LLMs: Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4/4o (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and open-source models
  • ️ Proven experience building AI voice agents using platforms such as Vapi, Bland AI, Retell AI,
  • ElevenLabs, or Twilio
  • ️ Experience with WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API or BSP partners)
  • ️ Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript / Node.js for AI workflow development
  • ️ Experience with AI orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
  • ️ Hands-on CRM configuration and automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)
  • ️ Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
  • ️ API integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, Zapier / Make (Integromat) for no-code bridges
  • Nice to Have
  • ️ Experience in real estate technology, PropTech, or CRM for property sales
  • ️ Knowledge of UAE/GCC digital marketing platforms and regulations
  • ️ Familiarity with n8n, Flowise, or similar open-source AI workflow tools
  • ️ Experience with AI-powered ad targeting and Meta / Google Ads automation

Soft Skills

  • ️ Systems thinker — able to design end-to-end solutions, not just individual tools
  • ️ Self-starter who can move from whiteboard to working prototype rapidly
  • ️ Strong communicator who can brief non-technical stakeholders (sales directors, marketing leads)
  • ️ Obsessive about results — you measure success in leads generated, call answer rates, and conversion
