Requirements
- 0–2 years of real estate or sales experience (Dubai experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales drive are welcome
- Fluency in French, Arabic, or any additional language is highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Highly motivated, target driven, and comfortable in a commission only structure
- Strong resilience, discipline, and ambition to succeed in real estate
