Join our Dubai AI team to turn client requirements into working solutions on our Agentic AI platform.

This client-facing role combines platform configuration, client management and delivery coordination with Product, AI and Engineering.

• Own day-to-day client relationships, lead regular check-ins and coordinate responses to questions, issues and escalations.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business goals, current processes, users, data, integrations and constraints; agree on measurable success criteria.
• Translate requirements into clear agent use cases, workflow maps, user stories and acceptance criteria, including tool actions, exceptions and human handoffs.
• Configure agents, prompts, workflows and available integrations on our AI platform; test behavior against agreed requirements and refine configurations.
• Coordinate new feature requirements with Product, AI and Engineering: clarify scope, confirm feasibility, track progress and validate delivery against client needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, integration dependencies, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, client sign-off, training and go-live readiness.
• Track post-launch feedback, adoption, agent performance and client satisfaction; turn findings into prioritized improvements with internal teams.
• Manage expectations on AI capabilities, limitations, scope and timelines, confirming feasibility with technical teams before making commitments.

• 2–5 years in solutions consulting, business analysis, implementation or technical customer success, with ownership of client relationships and delivery.
• Ability to uncover business needs and turn ambiguous requests into clear requirements, process flows and testable outcomes.
• Functional understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails and human oversight; comfortable configuring and testing platform solutions.
• Working understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks and integrations with CRMs, messaging channels or business systems; able to discuss dependencies with engineers.
• Strong communication and expectation management: confident leading discovery, demos and client discussions, and explaining technical trade-offs in plain language.
• Organized follow-through, clear documentation and ownership from onboarding through post-launch support. The focus is solution configuration and delivery; production coding is not required.

• Experience delivering Agentic AI, conversational AI, voice agents or workflow automation solutions to business clients.
• Hands-on use of no-code or low-code tools to configure workflows, test prompts or demonstrate use cases.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or clients in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Startup experience and comfort shaping requirements as a product evolves.
