Role Overview
Artificial Intelligence Engineer Intern focused on data scraping, ETL/ELT pipelines, and applying collected data to demand planning and forecasting models.
The intern will work with engineering teams to collect, clean, structure, and use data in machine learning workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web and app scraping pipelines for external and internal data sources.
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to clean, transform, and structure data.
- Build browser automation scripts using Selenium or Puppeteer for scraping and workflow automation.
- Use collected data to build and support demand planning and forecasting machine learning models.
- Analyze historical sales and demand data to identify trends and inform forecasting models.
- Write clean, well-documented Python code for data and machine learning workflows.
- Support basic AI-powered feature work using LLMs and related APIs as needed.
- Run experiments and evaluations to test model outputs and improve performance.
- Document findings, workflows, and technical decisions for the team.
- Stay current with data engineering and demand planning or forecasting tools and techniques.
