- Demonstrated expertise in art direction for photo shoots, video, and digital content
- Advanced skills in graphics and graphic design using industry standard tools
- Experience working in an agency or multidisciplinary creative environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital design work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate design team members
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on site
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
