Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Art Director role based in Riyadh.

The Art Director will lead the visual direction of branding and digital projects from concept to execution, ensuring all creative work aligns with client strategy and brand guidelines.

Daily tasks include developing creative concepts, overseeing graphic design and visual assets, guiding designers and creatives, and reviewing work to maintain high-quality standards.

The role involves collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters, and strategy teams to translate brand positioning into cohesive visual systems and campaign ideas.

The Art Director will also participate in client presentations, provide clear feedback, manage timelines and priorities, and stay current with design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with proven ability to lead concepts from idea to final delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in Branding, including brand identity systems, visual language, and cross-channel brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, color theory, and digital and print production.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality brand and campaign work across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
  • Experience mentoring and guiding design teams, with strong feedback and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site studio environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to internal teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media formats and best practices for visual content in those channels.
