Art Director, Brand Experience

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand, campaign, and digital design capabilities
• B2B, SaaS, technology, or professional services experience preferred
• Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity development, typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design tools
• Experience designing for multiple channels including web, social media, demand generation, events, video, and sales enablement
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, animation, or AI-assisted video production strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve creative output, workflow efficiency, content generation, asset adaptation, or production processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain creative decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience contributing to creative operations, workflow development, or process improvement initiatives is preferred
• A passion for design craft, continuous learning, and creating meaningful customer experiences
