Program Overview
Armstrong’s Graduate Development Program is a 12-month rotational pathway in technical sales and application engineering.
The program combines sales rotations, mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to digital services and intelligent fluid-flow technology.
Program Highlights
- Rotate through business development, account management, customer solutions, and sales analytics and enablement.
- Work directly with clients to position differentiated solutions and deliver measurable value.
- Learn scientific and consultative value-based selling focused on customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Engineering teams to bring solutions to market.
- Develop technical, commercial, and leadership skills through structured training and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering.
- A dual background in Business or Management and a technical discipline is encouraged.
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to analyze problems and data and recommend solutions through coursework, projects, or competitions.
